Environmental concerns are driving consumers to request manufacturers to supply environmental friendly products that are just as good if not better than existing products.

Thus, opportunities exist for sustainable innovation and a new wave of products that don’t harm the environment and don’t cost the earth to buy.
We have done a number of projects in this area.

A niche and growing market is the fully organic segment of the personal care (PC) market. A client had a raw material that was organically produced and wanted to understand the growing segments of the PC market, including volumes and value. Another question he had was if this raw material could be used as a formulation ingredient and who would be potential customers for the material.

After reviewing the literature and applying our own knowledge of the industry we contacted industry experts to elicit their opinions on potential, including projected volumes, and any barriers to growth.

The findings were presented in a word document with a clear analysis and indications of potentials and opportunities.
